Brian Shearer, PhD
I have extensive fieldwork experience in paleontology, archaeology, and  bioarchaeology . I currently work at the South American Middle Miocene site of La Venta with my colleagues Siobhan Cooke, Lissa Tallman, Laura Stroik, and Andres Link. 

I have formerly worked at or received formal training at the following sites/fieldschools:
  • Kampsville, Illinois; Arizona State University's Kampsville Bioarchaeology Fieldschool run by Dr. Jane Buikstra  http://shesc.asu.edu/kampsville
